Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining programs to automatically respond to general questions from users to the support service
• Preparing documentation
• Launching and configuring software, upgrading the code.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing chatbots
• Ability to write high-quality code (any established tech stack)
• Independent, results-oriented work to tight deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience using software tools for automating testing
